Do I need to get on a call?
No. Onboarding is written: a short sequence of questions, and an onboarding agent that drafts your company brief from your site and materials for you to review. Support is by email, Slack and text.
What do I need before the install?
A website you control, analytics and Search Console, and an account on a major AI platform such as Claude or ChatGPT, or the willingness to get one. If your agents can't edit your site yet, the agent-ready site conversion add-on rebuilds it so they can.
Who pays for the AI usage?
You do, directly. Your agents run on your own AI platform and accounts, so there's no markup and nothing to cancel with us.
What happens if I stop paying for Support?
Your agents keep working. You own the agents, the training and the playbooks, and cancelling never breaks them.
Is it different from hiring an agency?
An agency rents you results and keeps the system. Homegrown builds the system inside your company and trains your team to run it. The promise is that the right things get done every day, by a system you own.
